Shojin has successfully exited mezzanine investors from a luxury £25m Southend-on-Sea development project in the UK with capital and interest returns of £1.6m.
Over £1.13m was raised as the mezzanine facility which returned £462,000 in interest to the investors - reflecting a return of up to 17% per annum. This comes as Shojin also recently closed the first £3m tranche of its Series A funding and launched the second tranche to help fund its major global expansion plans.
