Video Update: Westbrook Mills - Take a tour of Godalming, Surrey

We have just come back from our latest site visit at Westbrook Mills, a project we are funding in Surrey, England. Watch the video update below.

Come along with Jacky Chan, from the Investor Relations team here at Shojin, who takes you around the scenic commuter town of Godalming, in Surrey. This is where Shojin's Westbrook Mills project is located, just 5 minutes away from the local station. Construction is complete, and tenants are moving in to the finished units.

This video provides insights into Shojin's monitoring process, which is ongoing throughout the life of a project, from start to completion. This is done to make sure investors are protected as much as possible, and kept involved in the whole process.
