Current Open Position: Management Accountant
We are looking for a driven Management Accountant with competent accounting skills in search of a new challenging role to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work with the Finance Director to take ownership for the investor reporting operations of the business and assist with the accounting function while setting up the processes to enable further growth.
Position and progression:
You will be involved in every aspect of the business including process development and strategic planning which will contribute heavily to the future growth of the company.
With prospects to quickly grow into a Financial Controller role of a game-changing global investment business, this is not a 9-to-5 job. With the responsibilities given to you, you will need to demonstrate your ability to self-manage and contribute to the business at large. We are looking for someone with an interest in the sector, experience of improving processes and true desire to get involved in scaling the business, for which the rewards are limitless.
Roles/Responsibilities:
To take ownership for the investor reporting operations of the business and to assist with ad hoc projects to support growth initiatives and implement process improvements to enable scaling of the business.
Main responsibilities:
- Investor database management and reporting
- Investor administration and communication
- Process improvement and automation
- Maintenance of financial ledgers
- Bank payments and payables management
- Intercompany reconciliations
- VAT reconciliations
- Intergroup recharges management
- Assisting with internal control and regulatory compliance reporting
- Liaising with auditors at year end
- Preparing management accounts
- Budgetary control and variance analysis
- Ad hoc financial analysis
Other key skill requirements:
- Xero software experience
- Proficient knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Proficient analytical skills
- Track record of improving processes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised and part of a team

Current Open Position: Investment AnalystWe are looking for someone to join the origination and asset management team to help grow the business.
Position and Progression:
We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual who wants to work in a fast-paced environment. We run a lean operation, and you will be given direct exposure to the full investment cycle, from sourcing, due diligence, fundraising, asset management and deal exit.
You will work between the origination and asset management sides of the business to assist with the analysis and underwriting of new investment opportunities, the oversight of live projects and investor reporting.
As we are a small team, you will receive first-hand exposure and be expected to progress quickly, eventually becoming a key member of the origination and asset management team with a degree of autonomy to source and manage your own investments.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing investment opportunities
- Assist with initial screening of new opportunities
- Build/modify financial appraisals
- Undertake sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Formulate regular research reports on the UK real estate market
- Assist with the due diligence of new investment opportunities
- Assist in preparing and presenting investment materials for investors
- Assist with structuring of investment opportunities to ensure the necessary risks are quantified and mitigated
- Assist with asset management and oversight of live deals
- Identify any critical issues regarding asset performance
- Assist with financial monitoring of live deals and reforecasting of investor returns
The above gives a snapshot of the typical responsibilities you will have, however it is not limited and you will be expected to assist where necessary to help the team.
Skills, experience and education:
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 1 years' relevant experience in a related role
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong excel and financial modelling skills
- Fluent in English
- Flexible, responsive and ambitious
- Keen attention to detail
