We have just come back from our latest site visit to Edenbridge, where development is on track.

Join Hugo Smyly, from Shojin's Investments team, as he visits the site and discusses the construction progress with Total Homes and Developments' Commercial Director, Mark Streifler.

This video provides insights into Shojin's monitoring process, which is ongoing throughout the life of a project; we prioritise keeping investors as informed as possible.

Visit or register on the [Shojin Investor Portal](http://portal.shojin.co.uk/investments) to discover more about this investment opportunity.
