We're making investing with Shojin more accessible

We're driven by our vision of making real estate investing more fair, accessible and transparent.

In order to accommodate as many investors as possible, we're delighted to announce that we're lowering our minimum investment amount to £1,000.

Watch Shojin CEO, Jatin Ondhia, share this exciting news:

Minimum investment lowered to £1,000

We recently lowered our minimum investment to £1,000 in order to accommodate smaller investments towards the end of the UK tax year and 23/24 ISA window.

After receiving positive feedback from our investor base, we are pleased to announce that the minimum investment amount of £1,000 will become permanent.

This move offers the following benefits to investors:

  • More flexibility with ISA investments; with a £20,000 annual limit for ISA investments, being able to deploy smaller amounts throughout the year ensures investors won't miss out on appealing projects.

  • Greater diversification; the fractional property loans Shojin offer enable you to diversify your portfolio by accessing an asset class that previously had high barriers to entry. With a lower minimum, you can now invest funds across more projects, so you're not only diversifying into real estate but can also diversify across projects.

  • Choose when you invest; it's now possible to build up a position in an investment over a period of time rather than investing all at once.

  • Turning fractional real estate investing into a mainstream asset class; we're driven by our vision of a world where real estate investing is more fair, transparent and accessible to everyone. Lowering the minimum investment amount is an important milestone towards realising this vision.

This won't change the fundamentals of how we raise funds for projects. We will continue to carry out detailed project monitoring and management, and provide regular updates and reports to investors.

We will continue to put all of our investors first, whether you're investing £1,000 or £100,000.
