Shojin is pleased to share news of our latest payout to investors.

 

Investors in the Landmark Place, Slough - Bridge Loan were repaid their capital and accrued interest of 15% per annum compounded monthly to 14/03/2025, with a portion of interest still due.

 

The loan commenced on 25/10/2025 and the total raised was £500k.

£528k has been returned to investors to date.
